Profile of Attorney Roberto Saldaña
Attorney Roberto Saldaña was born at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, in May 1977. Mr. Saldaña is the youngest of five children. His mother and father, both of Mexican descent, immigrated to the United States in 1970 in search of a better life for their family. Mr. Saldaña grew up in Lennox, California and attended Leuzinger High School in Lawndale, California, graduating in 1995.
Mr. Saldaña graduated from the University of Southern California in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Spanish Minor. He received an M.B.A., from Pepperdine University in 2001, and he received his J.D. degree in 2004 from University of California Hastings College of Law in 2004, receiving a certificate of concentration in International and Comparative Law. Mr. Saldaña was admitted in 2004 to both the California and Federal Court (Central District). Further, Mr. Saldaña is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate (Broker Lic. 01920483).
Before establishing his practice, Mr. Saldaña worked as an attorney for both a national retailer and a global real estate developer, as an in-house transactional attorney specializing in real estate and business law.
Professionally Mr. Saldaña limits his practice to the areas of civil, real estate, and business law for transactional matters as well as litigation. In real estate, he has extensive experience ranging from lending and acquisition transactions to real estate litigation.
Mr. Saldaña finds personal enjoyment in studying foreign languages, traveling to foreign ports and ancient ruins, reading literature, snowboarding, scuba diving, photography, hiking in the mountains and spending time with his family.
